It provides Front Office Managers with an invaluable network offering:

But the Amicale means much more then just a professional organisation. The word was chosen deliberately to highlight the friendships between amicalistes which have been formed over many years.

Our Amicale offers you:

• Series of meetings
• Training sessions by companies specialising eg in Yield Management or Revenue
• New hotel inspections
• The best receptionist competition (next in November)
• Product presentations
• Initiatives to attract more young people into the industry such as visits to schools or visits to hotels by schools and to  support them if they have chosen a career in Front Office.

There are usually 10-14 events a year including Receptionist of the Year Competition and International Congress.

The membership fee is 65 Euros per year (25 Euros fee per active member is paid by each section once year to the International committee). The Amicale is open to Deputy General Manager, Room Division Manager, Revenue Manager, Front of House Manager, Reception Manager, deputy, Duty Manager and Night Manager.
